Ingredients
Scale
- 1 spiral-cut chicken ham
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the spiral-cut chicken ham in a roasting pan.
- Brush the mustard glaze over the ham, making sure to cover all surfaces.
- Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
- Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For a sweeter glaze, add more brown sugar as desired.
- Serve with sides like mashed potatoes or green beans for a complete meal.
