  • 1 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the Dijon mustard, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. Place the spiral-cut chicken ham in a roasting pan.
  4. Brush the mustard glaze over the ham, making sure to cover all surfaces.
  5. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes.
  6. Remove the foil in the last 30 minutes of baking to allow the glaze to caramelize.
  7. Once done, remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
