- 3 pounds baby back ribs
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
- In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Rub the seasoning mix all over the ribs.
- Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 3 hours.
- Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them.
- Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce on both sides.
- Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes.
- Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight with the seasoning.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the thickness of the ribs.
