  • Total Time: 3 hours 45 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 pounds baby back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Prepare the ribs by removing the membrane from the back.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Rub the seasoning mix all over the ribs.
  5. Wrap the ribs tightly in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 3 hours.
  7. Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully unwrap them.
  8. Brush the ribs with barbecue sauce on both sides.
  9. Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 30 minutes.
  10. Let the ribs rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes
