- 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix peaches and sugar in a bowl, then set aside.
- In another bowl, combine melted butter, flour, milk, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Spread the peach mixture on top of the batter.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
- Can substitute fresh peaches with canned peaches if necessary.
