- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons green onions, minced
- 1/4 cup spicy honey
- oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, cream cheese, and minced green onions.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a few tablespoons of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold the sides over and roll tightly.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Drizzle with spicy honey before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, feel free to mix in some jalapeños or other spices to the filling.
- Serve with extra spicy honey on the side for dipping.
