  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place a generous amount of the filling in the center.
  3. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
  4. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  5. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Mix honey and sriracha together for the sauce.
  7. Serve the egg rolls hot, drizzled with the spicy honey sauce.
