- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 pound smoked brisket, shredded
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced jalapeños
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat and place a generous amount of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll tightly.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer to 350°F and fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Mix honey and sriracha together for the sauce.
- Serve the egg rolls hot, drizzled with the spicy honey sauce.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of jalapeños.
- These egg rolls can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
