  • 1 package rice paper wrappers
  • 1 cup vermicelli noodles, cooked
  • 1 cucumber, julienned
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  3. Stir in soy sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and basil leaves; mix well and remove from heat.
  4. Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  5. Layer cooked vermicelli noodles, cucumber, and carrot on each wrapper, top with beef mixture.
  6. Roll tightly, tucking in sides, and serve.
