Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sliced chili peppers, sauté until fragrant.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add bell pepper and fresh basil leaves, cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
