- 1/4 cup soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- In a pan, sauté the sliced chicken until brown and cooked through.
- Add bell peppers to the pan and cook until tender.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, and lime juice until smooth.
- Combine the cooked noodles with the chicken and bell peppers, then pour the peanut sauce on top.
- Toss everything together until well coated and serve garnished with chopped peanuts.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the sauce.
- Serves well with a side of steamed veggies.
