- 2 pounds beef ribs
- 1 cup sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a bowl, mix together sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and lime juice.
- Place the beef ribs in a baking dish and pour the sauce mixture over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 2.5 to 3 hours, until the ribs are tender.
- Remove the foil and increase the temperature to 400°F (200°C). Bake for an additional 15 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the ribs overnight.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
