Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine milk, cream, sugar, cornstarch, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

  3. Return the egg mixture to the saucepan, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
