- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, honey, paprika, black pepper, and oregano.
- Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken.
- Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 24 hours for more flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Notes
- For best results, marinate the chicken overnight.
- You can also use this marinade with other proteins like beef or shrimp.
