- 8 ounces elbow macaroni
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- ½ cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup chopped celery
- ½ cup diced bell pepper
- ¼ cup green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, celery, bell pepper, green onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
