  • 12 large pasta shells
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 pound chicken ham, diced
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the pasta shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, turkey bacon, chicken ham, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each pasta shell with the cheese and meat mixture.
  5. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Place the filled shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly.
