- 12 large pasta shells
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 pound chicken ham, diced
- 1 egg
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the pasta shells according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, turkey bacon, chicken ham, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill each pasta shell with the cheese and meat mixture.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Place the filled shells in the dish and cover with remaining marinara sauce.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add fresh herbs like basil or parsley.
- Feel free to substitute different cheeses based on preference.
