Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until well blended.
- Add diced tomatoes, basil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Mix until combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm with toasted bread or crackers.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add some crushed red pepper flakes.
