- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the vanilla pudding mix with milk according to package instructions until smooth.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture gently until well combined.
- In a serving dish, layer ladyfingers at the bottom, followed by a layer of banana slices and then a layer of the pudding mixture.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the pudding mixture on top.
- Dust the top with cocoa powder and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding a splash of coffee to the pudding mixture.
- Feel free to garnish with chocolate shavings or additional banana slices before serving.
