Instructions
- In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, cooled coffee, crushed ladyfinger cookies, sugar, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate chips and dip each chilled ball in the chocolate.
- Roll the chocolate-covered balls in cocoa powder before serving.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
