Instructions

- Add oil and eggs, mixing until combined.
- Fold in grated carrots, crushed pineapple, and nuts.
- Divide the batter between the prepared pans.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans.
