- 2 naan bread
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- Brush the naan bread with olive oil.
- Layer the sliced mozzarella on the naan.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from oven and top with fresh basil leaves before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add some red pepper flakes.
- You can substitute mozzarella with goat cheese for a different flavor.
