- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, melt the sugar over medium heat until it becomes golden caramel. Pour into a round cake pan.
- In a blender, combine milk, heavy cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and flour. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture over the caramel in the pan.
- Bake in a water bath for about 50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
