- 6 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, add butter, onions, and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add the diced potatoes and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
- Stir in milk, salt, and pepper; blend until smooth.
- Top with crispy turkey bacon before serving.

- For a creamier texture, blend a portion of the soup.
- Garnish with fresh parsley for added flavor.
