- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with chocolate fudge sauce.
- Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top, then swirl in the caramel sauce.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
- Top with remaining caramel sauce and chopped pecans before serving.
Notes
- Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best results.
- For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate fudge instead of regular.
