Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate fudge sauce
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with chocolate fudge sauce.
  6. Pour the remaining cream cheese mixture on top, then swirl in the caramel sauce.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours.
  9. Top with remaining caramel sauce and chopped pecans before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate fudge instead of regular.
