  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
