- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 3 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and mix well.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle caramel sauce over the top. Sprinkle with chopped pecans.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use a mix of regular and dark caramel sauce.
- Serve with whipped cream for added indulgence.
