- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cooked egg noodles
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cooked egg noodles, mixed vegetables, and seasonings.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until heated through and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to use any leftover cooked chicken.
- Add more vegetables as desired.
