- 2 cups penne pasta
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until no longer pink.
- Stir in the garlic, broccoli, and red bell pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
- Reduce heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Combine the cooked penne with the creamy chicken mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, add Italian seasoning.
- Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and parsley.
