- 4 fillets salmon
- 1 pound baby potatoes
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup asparagus
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Boil the baby potatoes for about 10 minutes until slightly tender.
- In a skillet, melt the butter and add garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and pour the garlic butter over them.
- Add boiled potatoes and asparagus to the dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the vegetables.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Drizzle lemon juice over the dish before serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter.
- Switch out asparagus for your favorite seasonal vegetable.
