- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup jalapeños, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the tortilla chips on a baking sheet.
- Layer the turkey bacon, chicken ham, and jalapeños on top of the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and drizzle with sour cream and sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
