- 1 pound deer tenderloin
- 2 jalapeños, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Coat the deer tenderloin with the mixture.
- Place the tenderloin on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness.
- During the last few minutes, add the sliced jalapeños to the grill.
- Once cooked, let the tenderloin rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Serve with grilled jalapeños on top.

- For extra spice, include seeds from the jalapeños.
- Pair with a side of grilled vegetables.
