- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, granulated sugar, and salt.
- Add softened butter and blend until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into the bottom of the baking dish.
- In another bowl, whip heavy cream and fold in powdered sugar and vanilla extract.
- Spread the cream mixture over the crumb base.
- Top with the remaining crumb mixture.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool before slicing into bars.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of cinnamon to the crumb mixture.
- Serve with fresh berries for a delicious contrast.
