Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour and water to form a dough. Knead until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
- Place filling in the center of each circle, and fold to seal.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
- Place dumplings in the pan and cook until golden brown on one side.
- Add water to the pan, cover, and steam for 5-7 minutes.
- Remove the lid and cook until water evaporates and dumplings are crispy.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add chili flakes to the filling.
- Serve with soy sauce or dipping sauce of choice.
