- 2 cups fresh cilantro
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- salt to taste
Instructions
- In a blender, combine cilantro, green onions, jalapeño, avocados, lime juice, and garlic powder.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Season with salt to taste and blend again.
- Serve immediately with turkey bacon dishes.
Notes
- For extra spice, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
- This salsa can be served as a dip as well!
