- 1 pound ground chicken

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground chicken, cabbage, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil.
- Prepare potsticker wrappers using the flour and water mixture.
- Spoon filling onto the wrappers and fold them into the desired shape.
- Place potstickers on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- In a saucepan, heat coconut milk and stir in curry powder to make the sauce.
- Serve baked potstickers drizzled with creamy curry sauce and topped with green onions.
Notes
- For extra crunch, fry the potstickers instead of baking.
