- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup salsa
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the taco seasoning and salsa to the beef and mix well.
- In a baking dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by the beef mixture, and then half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, beef, and cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with sour cream before serving.
