- 2 cups fresh blackberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix blackberries, sugar, and lemon juice, then pour into a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Slowly mix in milk and melted butter until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the blackberries, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.

- Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
- Substitute frozen blackberries if fresh are not available.
