- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup pistachios, chopped
- 2 tablespoons hot honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 package phyllo cups
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine feta cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt. Beat until smooth and creamy.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the whipped feta mixture.
- Top each cup with chopped pistachios.
- Drizzle hot honey over the tops of the cups.
- Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier flavor, use a hotter variety of honey.
- These can be prepared ahead of time for parties.
