- 200 grams feta cheese
- 2 ripe pears
- 100 grams walnuts
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Slice the pears in half and remove the core.
- Drizzle the pears with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, honey, and a bit of olive oil until whipped and smooth.
- Once the pears are done, let them cool slightly and then spread the whipped feta on top.
- Sprinkle roasted walnuts over the top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, sprinkle some freshly cracked pepper on top.
- Let the whipped feta sit for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
