Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 2 ripe pears
  • 100 grams walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Slice the pears in half and remove the core.
  3. Drizzle the pears with olive oil and roast for 20 minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix the feta cheese, honey, and a bit of olive oil until whipped and smooth.
  5. Once the pears are done, let them cool slightly and then spread the whipped feta on top.
  6. Sprinkle roasted walnuts over the top and drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, sprinkle some freshly cracked pepper on top.
  • Let the whipped feta sit for 10 minutes to enhance the flavors.
