Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream and chopped almonds until just combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can toast the almonds before adding them.
- This cheesecake can be topped with additional whipped cream and almonds for decoration.
