Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add in the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Gently fold in the whipped cream and chopped almonds until just combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes or until set. Let cool and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
