- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup caramel sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
- Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing it out.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the fudge layer, then top with the remaining fudge mixture.
- Smooth the top and swirl the caramel into the fudge with a knife.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and enjoy!
Notes
- Let fudge sit at room temperature for a few minutes before cutting for easier slicing.
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
