  • 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
  4. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan, smoothing it out.
  5. Drizzle caramel sauce over the fudge layer, then top with the remaining fudge mixture.
  6. Smooth the top and swirl the caramel into the fudge with a knife.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.
