Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, blend the cream cheese and butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add granulated sugar and brown sugar, mixing well until fully combined.
- Incorporate the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.
- Using a scoop, drop cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and chill for 15 minutes.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are set and edges are slightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
