Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Add in melted white chocolate, mixing well.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
  6. Gently fold in raspberries.
  7. Pour filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  9. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
