- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup white chocolate, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat together cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add in melted white chocolate, mixing well.
- Add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Pour filling over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until set. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.

- Adjust the sugar level based on the tartness of the raspberries.
