- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup strawberry puree
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed cereal (for crunch)
- 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- Melt the white chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk in the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Combine the flour and salt, then fold into the wet mixture.
- Stir in the strawberry puree and mix well.
- Add the crushed cereal and chopped strawberries, folding gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- For an added crunch, top with more crushed cereal before baking.
- These brownies can also be drizzled with additional melted white chocolate.
