- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a saucepan over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir well.
- Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Mix until cheese has melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and let cool before using on pizza.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
- This sauce can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
