- 1 pizza crust of your choice
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, half of the mozzarella, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and oregano until well combined.
- Roll out the pizza crust on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Spread the ricotta mixture evenly over the crust.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and crumbled turkey bacon on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon for a non-turkey option if preferred.
- Adding fresh herbs like basil can enhance the flavor.
