Ingredients

- 4 ears fresh corn
- 1/4 cup Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Shuck the corn and cut it into smaller pieces if desired.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
- Add the corn and cook for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- Drain the corn and return to the pot.
- Add butter and Cajun seasoning, stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook on low heat for an additional 2-3 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

- For extra flavor, try adding lime juice after cooking.
- Adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your taste.
