- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped cream
- 1 jar cherry pie filling
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until fully incorporated.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Chill well for the best texture.
- Can substitute cherry filling with any other fruit topping.
