Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine ricotta, yuzu juice, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the tart crust.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top.
- Drizzle with pistachio oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter tart, increase the amount of honey.
- Top with additional fresh citrus zest for added flavor.
