Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

- Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the zucchini mixture, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, consider adding chocolate chips.
- Make sure to squeeze out excess water from grated zucchini before adding it to the batter.
