Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine zucchini, sugar, and oil, mixing well.
- Add in eggs and vanilla, stirring until well blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually blend dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, do not over-bake.
- You can add chocolate chips for added sweetness.
