- 2 large zucchinis
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis and cook the ground turkey and turkey bacon in a skillet until fully cooked.
- Mix in the seasonings, tomatoes, and half of the cheese.
- Layer the mixture with zucchini slices in a baking dish.
- Top with the remaining cheese and bake for 25-30 minutes.
