Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchini lengthwise into thin strips.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, bacon, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer zucchini strips, ricotta mixture, and marinara sauce, repeating until all ingredients are used.
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
