Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped onion, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
- Fold in the chopped turkey bacon.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- For best results, squeeze out excess moisture from zucchini before mixing.
- Can be served with marinara sauce for dipping.
